Usually, we need around two weeks notice in order to book your move on a preferred date. We also accept short notice but depends on our availability.
Yes. As soon as you have an estimated moving time let us know so we can pencil you in.
Gas cylinders cannot be transported on our vehicles. Flammable liquids, however contained, must not be submitted for removal either. Same as paint. These items are not covered under our insurance, other arrangements must be made. Equipment such as garden mowers and chainsaws should be drained of all liquids beforehand.
Providing the unit is sturdy enough then light items such as clothing, bedding etc. can be left in. Please remove any books, magazines, breakable items etc. Self assembly furniture does not respond well to moving so this type of furniture must only be moved while completely empty.
It’s always ideal for us to visit your home to determine the cost of your move. The cost of house removals is influenced by numerous factors such as packing, access, size of house, number of staff, miles etc. With this information we can compile an accurate quotation tailored to your individual move. This quotation will be delivered quickly and for no cost.
That depends on the size of the move. If you’d like to request additional sets of hands, we can accommodate that, just let us know beforehand.

The final payment is required when our team is unloading your belongings.
